Harmony Farm
Therapeutic Retreats
Individuals, couples, or families can participate in experiential therapy sessions planned over two days to a week. These sessions can be specifically designed to meet their needs. They may choose to stay in the Harmony Farm cottage to enhance their experience.
Group Therapy
Harmony Farm can offer a variety of therapy groups, for example, women’s empowerment, trauma survivors, eating disorders, parenting programs, etc. The primary therapeutic modality would be Equine Assisted Psychotherapy, but may also include other therapeutic modalities. Agencies may also consider utilizing services at Harmony Farm to develop group therapies specifically designed to meet their clients’ needs.
Group Therapy Intensives
The healing process can be accelerated by having a curriculum of group and individual therapies over the course of 2-3 days. As above, these can be specifically personalized to meet the needs of the group and individuals.
Equine Facilitated and Nature-based Learning Activities and Programs
Harmony Farms can provide experiences that are designed for personal and/or group development. These can be customized to meet the specific needs of individuals, families, work groups, schools, church groups, etc.
Corporate Teambuilding/Corporate Retreats
Activities with horses provide unique opportunities for individuals and teams to build relationships and trust, to develop skills in problem solving and break down barriers that limit team performance. Let Harmony Farm provide a dynamic experience of building leadership and self-awareness skills through activities with horses. Other experiential learning activities can also be added to suit the client’s needs.
Group or Family Activities
Even without pursuing an intensive therapeutic objective, any family or group can participate in equine facilitated activities just for fun!
